Academic Affairs provides support to academic and non-academic programs as they strive for continuous improvement via programmatic assessment.

  • KU Core Assessment The KU Core is comprised of faculty-submitted courses and experiences that meet specific educational goals and learnign outcomes. The KU Core Review process is facilitated by the University Core Curriculum Committee (UCCC).

  • Program Review Systematic program review provides an opportunity for academic units at KU to reflect on quality achieved and enhancements needed within the context of national trends in their respective fields.
  • Assessment Resources Access to Campus Labs products (login required) is available for program assessment and survey/rubric development and launch: Compliance Assist is used to view programmatic assessment plans and reports; and Baseline is used to develop and launch a survey or rubric for data collection.
