KU uses the Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) system to manage the approval process for all course and program proposals.

To modify, track or propose a new course, go to https://next.catalog.ku.edu/courseadmin.
To modify, track or propose a new program (degree, major, minor, concentration, certificate, joint degree), go to https://next.catalog.ku.edu/programadmin.

For other requests (such a changing the name of a program/unit or proposing new subject codes) go to https://next.catalog.ku.edu/miscadmi .
