Biography —
Owen Berliner is a dedicated program manager with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, operational strategy, and learner-centered design. At KU, he leads efforts to streamline and align processes across teams to support the successful launch and growth of KU's online programs. Owen brings over a decade of experience developing research-based educational initiatives, including his work at the Museum of Science in Boston, where he played a key role in the development of Engineering is Elementary (EiE), a nationally recognized STEM curriculum used by millions of students across the country. His contributions at EiE spanned content design, classroom testing, and the creation of hands-on learning experiences for classrooms, families, and afterschool environments. He also supported program development and institutional improvement efforts at the High Meadows Graduate School of Teaching & Learning. Owen holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from Dickinson College. He lives in Boston with his family.
